it seems that 10 months have passed and the law suit still continues.

I have never been in court before, let alone sued.

What an amazing process our land of the free civil court system.

now I know why we have more Lawyers in this country then doctors.

As I am defending myself "PRO SE" I am learning a lot about this great court system we have.
